There is nothing that you can do other than wait it out. They have to sort out who is going to be boss cat among themselves. If they actually start physically fighting you should step in and separate them, otherwise leave them alone. If you get involved it will only complicate the situation and it will take longer. Eventually they will come to an understanding and things will settle down..
