Feline shelters for medium sized cats?

i went to my homeland Egypt for adopting a Mau from the local shelters, also for adopting an African serval/caracal but i found none of those here, looked for them all over the internet but rarely found some and those i found don't have main websites so they seem to be scamming, i have made researches about them my entire life and about their personalities and i guess im more than ready to adopt one but iam decisively failing at finding breeders/shelters for them? anyone is aware of any shelter/breeder of exotics of medium size?
