What do mallow leaves look like?

My painted lady butterflies are mating, and all the butterfly care sites say that I need mallow leaves in the habitat for the female butterfly to lay her eggs on, and for the caterpillars to eat. How can I find these leaves, and how can I tell if they really ARE mallow leaves? Thanks! =D
