Which country is better to travel to..?

I'm really interested in traveling to Russia or Brazil someday. I may get the chance to go to both but it costs a lot so I'm just looking at one for now. I speak some Spanish which mau help a little in Brazileven though they speak portugese. I wanna which is better based on climate, cost, people, and which has the most to do. Thanks!
