How much can I raise my water temperature if I have Goldfish with Ich?

Just buy commercial Ich medication and use according to directions. You do not have to (and should not) raise the temp for Goldfish. That will only stress them further. You must act quickly, doing nothing will allow your fish to get sicker, and they could die.
