Would a Habitat Defined Cockatiel Enrichment Home be an ok size for a Parrotlet?

I recently went out and bought this cage, because I was going to get a Cockatiel. After I bought it, my friend told me about Parrotlets. I researched them and found that I could get a really nice blue fallow Parrotlet for about the same price as a Cockatiel. I found a breeder and decided to buy one, and it is going to take a few weeks for me to get it because it is being weened. I already bought the cage so I don't know what to do if its not the right size. Thanks.
