Is this habitat ok for my turtle?

he is in a a big rubbermaid tub and there is moist soil and rocks and water for him to swim in and there is a light above his cage and i have a see through lid on part of it and a semi-see through lid on the other half (they are there to keep in the humidity of the cage thing)
