Is there anyway to know if a Domestic Short Hair has...?

a certain breed of cat it in? I know Domestic Short Hairs are just mixes of all sorts of cat breeds, and that there's so many of them they were given a name and a "breed", so it's possible mine are mixed with anything. However, I have two completely unrelated male cats that both look like they may have Egyptian Mau in them. One is the size and shape of a Mau with similar markings and color, but the other is smaller and black with white spots on his stomach and chest. He also has the body type of a Mau, almost exactly. Is there anyway, other than guessing, to know?
