I dont think thr OAG has anything to do with child support, that has to be done through CSEA. Yeah she can take you off child support and go back down and file whenever she wants. As far as visitation for you, that has nothing to do with child support. If you dont pay, you still get to see your child, if you have visitation set up through the court. If you dont have that, then she doesnt have to let you see your son.
